Privacy notice
This notice explains how Consultation Path Studio handles business-contact information. We do not provide clinical care and we do not ask for patient information.
Who we are and how to contact us
Consultation Path Studio provides conversion-review and copywriting services to UK dental practices. For privacy questions or rights requests, email consultationpathstudio@proton.me.
Information we use
We may use a business name, business email address, role, correspondence, project requirements and billing or contract records. We obtain this information directly from you or from public business sources such as a practice website, Companies House or the Care Quality Commission.
Please do not send patient names, health information or other clinical data. If it is sent accidentally, we will delete it where reasonably possible and will not use it for marketing.
Why we use it
- To answer an enquiry and take steps requested before a contract.
- To deliver and administer an agreed service.
- For carefully targeted business-to-business contact where we have assessed a legitimate commercial interest and the impact is limited.
- To keep a minimal suppression record when a business asks not to be contacted.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information, use it for automated decision-making, or build behavioural profiles.
Sharing, security and international processing
Information is used only by Consultation Path Studio and service providers needed for email, website hosting, document storage or payment administration. Providers may process data outside the UK; where that occurs, we rely on the safeguards provided under applicable UK data-protection law. We use access controls and collect only the information needed for the task.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiries and prospect correspondence are normally deleted after 12 months. Contract, invoice and transaction records may be kept for up to six years where needed for legal or accounting purposes. A minimal suppression record may be kept for as long as necessary to honour an opt-out.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or object to its use. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Email us to exercise a right; we will respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
If you remain concerned after contacting us, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, telephone 0303 123 1113.
